Koloa Thai Bistro was to create a Thai-Sushi-Hibachi Grill fusion restaurant that offers fresh Vegetables from local farms and healthy dishes for the Old Koloa Town area.

Thai cuisine is one of the healthiest in the world. Dishes are made daily with fresh ingredients and herbs. Thai dishes are very aromatic and Favorful. Also, We are serving Sushi And Hibachi Grill with Special Chefs showing skill on your tables.

Our most popular items are Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Curry. This aromatic food is very popular in Thailand and ours is considered the best in Kauai!

This place is located in the koloa village 2nd floor… we try the shrimp Pad Thai and spicy tuna roll and it’s so delicious. The Bistro is so inviting, staff are so friendly… can’t wait to go back highly recomended.

Went for dinner as a family of 5. Food and service was top notch. Pad Thai was delicious as was the spicy tuna roll. The chef accommodated our son’s request for a plain steak with no problem. Would definitely go back.
